pocketwatchfilms.com is the web home of Pocketwatch Films, Andy Halliday’s independent film company based in New York City. Pocketwatch Films makes films about gay men and women, and explores the realities of what happens to gay men and women beyond "coming out." Andy Halliday and Pocketwatch Films deal more candidly with sex and drug addiction in the gay community, and how gay adults deal with growing older. Andy Halliday and Pocketwatch Films make films with heart, humor and honesty - that are also incredibly sexy.

About Pocketwatch

I began Pocketwatch Films in June of 2004, after a showing of my two short films - MISSED OPPORTUNITIES and A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LOST BOY.

The sound and look of a pocketwatch always appealed to me. And the fact that many pocketwatches are personalized with inscriptions inside. I want to make films that mean something to me on a very personal level.

It's my mission to make films about gay men and women, and explore the realities of what happens beyond "coming out." I want to deal more candidly with sex and drug addiction, and how we deal with growing older. And I want to make films with heart, humor and honesty - that are also incredibly sexy.
